Hello, My name is Obera and I have been a caterer and professional cook for the last 10 years. I am what you would call a sweet tooth fanatic. Queen of Scones came about because I was tired of the dry and crumbly scones that I was buying. So I decided I could whip up a recipe for scones since I am familiar with the business. Low and behold I didn't think this recipe would take me to farmer' markets, weddings and special events in which they would sell out and people would rave about them.
